Biography
enjamin Bash is Interim Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Babcock & Wilcox (B&W). He provides direction and leadership for B&W’s global Human Resources functions and strategy including total rewards, talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, diversity and inclusion, learning and development, and employee and labor relations, ensuring these areas are closely aligned with the company’s overall growth plans and business objectives. He also is responsible for the company’s communications and public relations functions. Bash rejoined B&W in December 2016 after serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources for BWX Technologies, Inc. Before that, he was Vice President, Total Rewards, for B&W from April 2013 to July 2015, and served as the company’s Assistant General Counsel and Corporate Secretary from July 2010 to April 2013.
