Biography
Nicole Kellow grew up in rural Victoria (Australia) and completed a Bachelor of Science in 1996 and a Master of Nutrition and Dietetics in 1998. She is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Credentialled Diabetes Educator, and has worked in a variety of locations including throughout Australia and the UK. Nicole has worked as a member of the diabetes healthcare team at Gippsland Southern Health Service in rural Victoria since 2001. She is also an Accredited DAFNE (Dose Adjustment for Normal Eating) Educator. In 2012 Nicole commenced a PhD at Monash University and Baker IDI Heart & Diabetes Institute (Melbourne) to investigate the effects of dietary prebiotics on the advanced glycation pathway.
