Biography
Ethel Ilagan joined Bandwidth Foundry International in 2010 as a Process Engineer. Her career has concentrated on developing, optimizing, sustaining and improving existing & new processes as well as technology transfer. She has been working in the semiconductor/electronics field since 2003 and started as a Manufacturing Engineer in Samsung Electro-Mechanics Philippines. In 2007 she became part of Littelfuse Philippines Inc. an American International Company which manufactures a wide variety of circuit protection solutions, as a Manufacturing Engineer. She has been in-charge of Photolithography & Electroless plating process of a Thin Film fiberglass (FR4) Electronic Fuse. In 2008 she led the technology transfer of this product line from USA to the Philippines. She concentrated the remaining years at LIttelfuse on sustaining and improving the existing process & liaising with Development Engineers in introducing new products & processes. She was involved in Just-in-Time manufacturing.
