Biography
Peter has over 27 years’ of financial and company secretarial experience in the Australian, the UK and the US markets. He has held leadership roles in a number of companies including ASX 100 company Seven West Media Ltd and engineering and development group, GRD Limited (acquired by AMEC Australia Finance Company Pty Ltd in 2009). Prior to joining Barminco, Peter was the Group Company Secretary and CFO (WA) at Seven West Media following the merger of The West Australian Newspaper Group (WAN) and the Seven Media Group in 2011. Prior to the formation of Seven West Media he was the CFO and Company Secretary of WAN where he was the executive lead on the negotiation and implementation of WAN’s acquisition of Seven Media through a billion dollar capital raising.
