Biography
Mr McKerlie is a Chartered Accountant and business consultant and has had an international career consulting to the public and private sector on technology, digital innovation and growth strategies as a partner at KPMG and Partner in Charge at Deloitte. He brings to the Board extensive corporate experience as director and chairman of private and public companies. He is currently the chairman of Lithium Consolidated Minerals Exploration Limited (since its ASX listing in March 2017) and is the former chairman of Drillsearch Energy Limited (from 2008 to 2016). Mr McKerlie’s special responsibilities include membership of the Audit Committee. He was elected to the Board on 1 March 2016, last having been re-elected to the Board on 10 November 2016.
