Biography
Mr Hollingsworth was appointed as Group Executive Human Resources in December 2016. He is an experienced Human Resources leader and Organisational Psychologist with over 30 years’ experience in the Resources and Oil and Gas industries. He commenced his career as a Graduate with BHP and subsequently held senior leadership roles at Alcoa Australia and Woodside Energy. Over the last three years he was Executive Vice President HR and Organisation Development with Clough. He has worked with and in leadership teams covering all areas of the Exploration to Production oil and gas business, as well as having experience in Australian and international HR practices and services, merger and acquisitions and new business start-ups. He is a Fellow of the Australian Human Resources Institute and the Australian Institute of Management (WA).
