Biography
Aaron is a Clinical Psychologist with almost 20 years experience. He has a diverse range of interests, with experience in research and teaching as well as clinical practice. Currently, Aaron is the Director of Benchmark Psychology, a practice dedicated to improving client outcomes through rigorous evaluation. In addition to his roles as clinician and director at Benchmark, Aaron provides consultancy services for organisations who are also trying to improve accountability and client outcomes. This consultancy ranges from training, through to IT systems overview as well as change management. Aaron has also provided training for a range of public, private and non-governement organisations, including; Lifeline, Salvation Army, Centrelink, ADF, Australian Centre for Post-traumatic Mental Health, Australian Institute of Suicide Research and Prevention, Bravehearts, and the Queensland Ambulance Service.
