Biography
Mr Atherley is a highly experienced industry executive with a 30 year international career in Financing, Developing and Operating a range of assets in the Minerals, Energy and Oil and Gas sectors. A Mining Engineer from Imperial College with an MAppSc and MBA. He has held numerous senior executive and board positions during his career. He served as Executive Director of the Investment Bank arm of HSBC Australia and completed numerous acquisitions and financings of resource projects in Australia, Asia, Africa and Europe. He was the Chairman of the British Chamber of Commerce in China and Vice Chairman of the China Britain Business Council in London and has wide ranging international media experience.
