Biography
Gavin joined Miro Advisors at inception and has worked across the breadth of Miro's corporate advisory services. Gavin has overseen acquisition and divestment processes for various E&P assets across Australian, SE Asian, North American and African jurisdictions. Gavin has also worked on a number of corporate transactions and capital raisings. Gavin continues to apply his experience in assisting clients act on the relevant value and commercial transaction issues. Prior to Miro, Gavin worked in the advisory division of Ernst & Young's Perth office for just under 5 years where he developed a broad range of consulting skills across energy, mining, utilities and government industries.
