Biography
Laura joined BHP Billiton in 2004 and was appointed Chief of Staff to the CEO in 2015. This role was made a member of the Executive Leadership Team in 2016. Prior to this, Laura was Asset President of the Cannington Mine and other roles with BHP Billiton have included technical and operational roles at the EKATI Diamond Mine in Canada and corporate HSEC in London. Prior to joining BHP Billiton, Laura worked for Western Mining Corporation, Newcrest Mining and Mount Isa Mines in various technical and operational roles and also spent 5 years in the civil engineering industry.
