n the beginning, Children with Diabetes® operated as an independent company. From March 2008 until December 2013, Children with Diabetes® was part of the Johnson & Johnson Diabetes Solutions companies. In December 2013, Jeff resigned from Johnson & Johnson and bought back Children with Diabetes®, setting it up as a non-profit corporation and receiving 501(c)(3) recognition by the IRS.
