Biography
After graduating in 1967, David was employed in a variety of academic institutions, including teaching on the University of London External LLB programme. David also worked as a public prosecutor and defence solicitor in Scotland, and was the Head of the Law Department at Napier University before being appointed as a Stipendiary Magistrate for the City of Glasgow. Upon his emigration to Australia in 1989, David worked in commercial litigation before being appointed as Solicitor for Prosecutions for Queensland, a post he occupied for nine years before retiring to private legal practice and then subsequently taking up his current position at Bond.
