Biography
Scott is currently undertaking a PhD research project in Sustainable Building practices and currently lectures property subjects at Bond University. Scott has been active in real estate and property for 22 years, obtaining a real estate and Auctioneer license in 1990. Scott has been an active participant in property sales and development activities including land subdivisions, beachfront high-rise sales, duplex development and waterfront housing redevelopment. Scott managed a real estate agency on the NSW Central Coast, acted as Licensee and Realty Services Manager for Delfin Lend Lease�s award winning Varsity Lakes development and undertaken project marketing duties for numerous major Gold Coast Developers.
Research Interest
Master Planned Communities, Smart Cities, Disaster Management, Transit Oriented Development, Active And Healthy Living, Sustainable Campus And Knowledge-Based Regional Economy.
