Biography
Catherine Brenner joined the Boral Board in September 2010. Ms Brenner is Chairman of AMP Limited, a Director of Coca-Cola Amatil Limited and SCEGGS Darlinghurst Limited, Panel Member of Adara Partners and a Member of the Art Gallery of NSW Board of Trustees. She was previously Chairman of AMP Life Limited and the National Mutual Life Association of Australasia. Ms Brenner also previously held directorships including Centennial Coal Company Limited and the Australian Brandenburg Orchestra, and was previously a member of the Takeovers Panel. She has extensive experience in corporate finance and capital markets, previously holding the position of Managing Director, Investment Banking of ABN AMRO Australia. She holds an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Economics from Macquarie University. Ms Brenner is a member of the Remuneration & Nomination Committee.
