Biography
Dr Eileen Doyle joined the Boral Board in March 2010. Dr Doyle is a Director of GPT Group and Oil Search Limited. She was previously the Deputy Chairman of CSIRO, a Director of Bradken Limited, OneSteel Limited and Ross Human Directions Limited, and Chairman of Port Waratah Coal Services Limited. Her extensive executive and nonexecutive experience includes manufacturing and marketing in building and industrial materials throughout Australasia, Asia and North America. She holds a PhD in Applied Statistics from the University of Newcastle, is a Fulbright Scholar and has an Executive MBA from Columbia University Business School. She is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Dr Doyle is Chairman of the Health, Safety & Environment Committee and a member of the Audit & Risk Committee.
