Biography
Joined Brambles as a Non-Executive Director in August 2004 and was appointed Chairman in September 2014. He is a Non-Executive Director of Goodman Group and a former Chairman and a Non-Executive Director of Leighton Holdings and Spark Infrastructure Group, and a former Executive and Non-Executive Director of Westfield Group. Stephen had a long executive career with Westfield where he held a number of senior positions including that of Finance Director from 1985 to 2002. He is also a Director of the Garvan Institute of Medical Research. He has a Bachelor of Economics degree from the University of Sydney and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
