Biography
Mr. John K. McGillicuddy has been a director of the Company since October 2003. Mr. McGillicuddy was a partner with the international accounting firm of KPMG LLP, a public accounting firm, from 1975 until his retirement in June 2000. During his tenure with KPMG, he served as an audit partner, as an SEC reviewing partner, and held various management positions. He is a member of the board of directors of Cabot Corporation, a chemical manufacturer. Mr. McGillicuddy previously served as a member of the board of directors and past chairman of the board of Watts Water Technologies, Inc., a manufacturer of water safety and flow control products until 2016. Mr. McGillicuddy is a former chairman of the Better Business Bureau of Massachusetts.
