Biography
Bruce Parnell is an Infectious Diseases and Health Systems Strengthening specialist with interests in strategic planning and policy development, community-government partnerships, program design and evaluation, and health behaviour. He has worked internationally with Burnet Institute since 1993. Bruce has 32 years’ experience in HIV policy development and his work is now focused entirely on international development. He consults to The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), the World Health Organization (WHO) and others, often supporting national or regional health planning.
