Marie Reyes

Biography

Ms Marie Reyes is a trained nurse and public health expert. A holder of a Masters of International Public Health (University of Sydney), Bachelor of Nursing (University of Sydney) and Graduate Certificate in Emergency Nursing (University of Tasmania), Marie has over 11 years of clinical experience. Marie joins Burnet from Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF), where she served as a Nursing Activity Manager for an MDR-TB project in Kyrgyzstan, and an Expat Nurse Supervisor for a paediatric MDR-TB project in Tajikistan.

Research Interest

Marie brings to Burnet extensive TB experience, and has an interest in team management, capacity development, training and community development. She joins the RID-TB project as the Field Implementation Specialist, and will be based in Daru.
