Biography
Andrew was appointed to the Board in March 2014 as an Independent Non-Executive Director. Andrew is an experienced company director and corporate advisor. Andrew has previously held executive and non-executive directorships with public, private and private equity owned companies, including as Chief Financial Officer of Seven Group Holdings, Group Finance Director of Landis and Gyr, and Chief Financial Officer and a director of Alesco. Andrew was previously a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young (Sydney and London) and Gresham Partners Limited, and an Associate at Chase Manhattan Bank (New York).
