Biography
Peter Black has a broad range of corporate experience, having held senior roles at the international company Amcor Ltd including ten years as Group General Manager Internal Audit. During this time, this department expanded to five international countries. For more than a decade, he has served as a member of the Province Finance Advisory Committee for the IBVM Loreto Sisters’ Australian Province, providing commercial advice to the Sisters, covering oversight of their schools across Australia, as well as their Australian and international community projects. Peter holds a degree in commerce from Canterbury University in New Zealand. Peter is a member of The Institute of Charted Accountants of Australia and New Zealand. Peter is Chair of the Cabrini Audit and Risk Management Committee and a member of the Nominations Committee.
