Paul Nisselle

Biography

Paul is a general medical practitioner (GP) with extensive experience in medical indemnity insurance, as well as medico-legal and clinical risk management. He currently works as a sessional GP and is a consultant with MDA National and the Cognitive Institute. He is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, a Foundation Fellow of the Faculty of Forensic and Legal Medicine, Royal College of Physicians (England) and holds a Master of Health and Medical Law. He was made a Member of the General Division of the Order of Australia (AM) in 2013 “for service to medicine and the medical profession through contributions to a range of government and professional organisations and to the community through youth welfare and cultural groups.” Paul is the Chair of the Patient Experience and Clinical Governance Committee.
