Bruce Morgan

Biography

Audit Committee (Chairman), Nomination Committee and OHS & Environmental Risk Committee Bruce brings to the Board expertise in accounting, business advisory services, risk and general management. He was a partner with professional services firm PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) for over 25 years, where he practised as an audit partner with a focus on the energy and mining sectors. He was previously Chairman of the PwC Board and a member of the PwC Global Board. Prior to that, he was managing partner of PwC's Sydney and Brisbane offices. Bruce is the Chairman of Sydney Water Corporation and Redkite, and a director of Origin Energy Limited, the University of NSW Foundation and the European Australian Business Council. Bruce is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Finance) from the University of NSW.
