Steven John Danielson, F.C.A., B.B.S., serves as the Chief Financial Officer, Company Secretary and Non-Executive Director of Carbon Minerals Limited. Non-executive director since 23 June 1993. Appointed as Chief Financial Officer on 13 March 2013. He is Chartered Accountant practising for 42 years and has experience in accounting, taxation law and management practices. He holds a Bachelor of Business Science. He is Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
