Biography
Mr Poh has over 30 years experience at senior management level in the construction, quarrying, real estate development, manufacturing industries and financial markets. He has also held senior positions in corporate finance and mezzanine capital investment companies in Malaysia specialising in investments as well as mergers and acquisitions. From 1998 to 2005 he was Managing Director of a Singapore Exchange listed company and since 2005, Mr Poh has managed an investment advisory company in Singapore that focuses on participating in strategic stakes in listed companies. He is also a director of SML Corporation Limited (ASX: SOP). Mr Poh is a member of the Company’s Audit and Risk Management Committee.
