Biography
Jan Walstrom serves as CH2M’s Senior Vice President and Operations Director for U.S. Civilian Agencies. In this role, Jan is responsible for leading the company’s ability to align, execute and renew itself at a pace of play that results in sustained industry leadership, performance excellence and continuous improvement over time. The Enterprise Project Delivery function works collaboratively with all company operating units through targeted activities designed to improve the strategic, financial and operational performance of the enterprise as measured through achievement of identified client, business portfolio, financial and people outcomes.With more than 25 years of experience in the engineering and construction industry, Jan possesses a broad and diverse background from overall management of individual business unit profit and loss to program/project management associated with some of the world’s most challenging programs. She was an integral member of the Kaiser-Hill leadership team responsible for successfully closing the Department of Energy’s Rocky Flats Nuclear Weapons Complex in 2005. Jan also served in two different roles on the CLM Delivery Partner program leadership team responsible for planning and delivering the infrastructure and venues for the 2012 London Olympic and Paralympic Games.
