Biography
Dr Laura Rook began lecturing for the Management discipline in the CDU Business School in 2014. In 2015, she was awarded a Charles Darwin University Early Career Research Development Fellowship. Dr Rook holds a PhD in Management from Western Sydney University. Her thesis, titled 'Work-integrated Learning in Human Resource Management' examined the range of Work-integrated Learning programs in undergraduate human resource management degrees in Australian universities, and the impact of this range on the teaching and employability of graduates. Prior to completion of her PhD, she successfully completed a Bachelor of Business majoring in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations and a Bachelor of Business and Commerce Honours degree and was awarded first class honours.

The links between university and employability for graduates, The development of graduate attributes through Work-integrated Learning programs in Business , Organisational learning and development, Student learning, Organisational performance management, Ethics in the workplace.
