Biography
Isabelle Skinner has a background in rural and remote health. Her research interests include improving access to specialist health services and innovation in health care services planning, delivery, monitoring and evaluation. She specialises in digital health and has evaluated telehealth services, designed mHealth and eHealth services. She is currently working with Prof Timothy Skinner from Charles Darwin University on an App, emojifit Diabetes, to provide self management support for people with Type 2 Diabetes.
