Dennis Hodgkins

Biography

Dennis' career in agricultural and natural resource management education and research has focussed primarily on soil and land management. It began in Western Australia and has spanned four decades, three States, several agricultural colleges and four universities. Over this period his activities and interests widened to include natural resource and catchment-based policy and management at regional and basin levels. He has been involved in the development of undergraduate and postgraduate courses in NRM and sustainable agriculture. His current research focus is on soil aspects of land rehabilitation using phytoremediation.
