Biography
Arnela has been a lecturer in management at CSU since 2012. She teaches Organisational Behaviour, Human Resource Management, Business Strategy, and Operations Management. Her research interests are related to Human Resource Management (e.g.,evaluation of training programs, recruitment and retention of self-initiated expatriates), the process of ICT value creation, application of Cross-Impact Analysis (a systems theory method) and Resource-Based View (RBV).
