Biography
Jane Maley is a Senior Lecturer in Management. Prior to becoming an academic, Jane held managing director roles for UK, US and Japanese biotech multinational corporations. She received her Doctorate from Macquarie Graduate School of Management, in 2006. As a consultant, Jane has worked with a range of international, private, public sector and non-profit organizations. She has taught international business, cross cultural management and international human resource management at undergraduate and postgraduate level in Australia and the Asia Pacific Region. Jane presents regularly at international management conferences. She has published widely in international peer refereed journals such as the Journal of Business Research, International Journal of Intercultural Relations, Personnel Review and Industrial Marketing Management. Her research interests include international performance management practices, global assignments and cross cultural management. Jane currently collaborates with researchers from US, Sweden, Finland, New Zealand, UK and Australia
