Biography
I am an established academic specialising in the field of software design and development. I have experience in software systems for business, computer games and image processing and a great deal of commercial experience developing and deploying stand-alone, mobile and Internet based applications using languages such as C, C++ and Java. I have worked as an Educational Consultant in Australia, as a Curriculum Development Manager and Lecturer in the United Kingdom. I continue to spend a great deal of my time on professional and commercial software development. I have a pilot's licence and flying is my main interest outside or work. I'm currently completing my night flying rating. I also enjoy cooking, travelling, motorcycling and sharing good food with friends.
