Biography
After completing a BSc at Latrobe University, where he majored in chemistry/biochemistry, Greg commenced postgraduate studies at RMIT University achieving a MAppSc in inorganic analytical spectroscopy. He then worked for a short period as a laboratory chemist with CSIRO Manufacturing Science and Technology before returning to university to undertake a PhD at CSU in Wagga Wagga. The project investigating the environmental fate of the pesticides, fipronil and thiobencarb, in rice bays. After completing his PhD, he was appointed as Lecturer in Chemistry at CSU's School of Science and Technology, which is now incorporated into the School of Agricultural and Wine Sciences.
Research Interest
The analytical chemistry challenges associated with solving the problems in fields such as environmental and agricultural chemistry, pharmaceutical science, animal and plant health etc.
