Biography
Harriet Ridolfo is a lecturer, learning and teaching in the School of Information Studies. Harriet has been a practitioner in the management of learning and teaching and in the design and delivery of face-to-face, blended and online, education and training at undergraduate, postgraduate and professional level since 1990. She has taught, managed and developed courses in business studies and business information systems management and has particular experience of working with multi-stakeholders within, across and between organisations. Harriet holds an HND in Hotel, Catering and Institutional Management, a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Studies an MSc (Hons) in Managing Business Information Technology and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. Harriet is currently a PhD candidate at the University of New England, Armidale researching eLearning and organisational change. Prior to her current role Harriet managed a team of educational designers and media technologists in the Division of Student Learning at CSU where she worked on major faculty projects around online course innovation.
