Biography
Jayden is a Lecturer in Clinical Exercise Physiology. He joined CSU in 2016 and completed his PhD at RMIT University, titled "The Effect of Different Types of Exercise Supervision on Adherence, Health and Fitness in the Workplace" in 2017.
Research Interest
Jayden's research includes laboratory and field-based exercise training studies in athletic and non-athletic populations.
