Biography
John is a retired Superintendent from the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP). He has a broad experience in many aspects of operational policing at the rural, city, state, national and international levels. Some of his duty assignments have included: General Duties, Economic Crime, Specialized Investigations, Immigration Enforcement, Informatics and various senior management positions. John has a PhD in Law from the University of British Columbia. He has taught at the university level in both law and criminology. His special interest relates to international human trafficking.
