Biography
Educated in NSW country where tennis, cricket and athletics became the most important school activities and remained formative life influences, along with the love of mountains and sea, boats, canoes and kayaks. I studied theology in Sydney, London and Durham (UK). My grasp on reality is enriched by modern art, particularly the sculpture of Rodin, the paintings of Turner, Monet, Feininger, the Heidelberg School, Arthur Boyd, and Emily Kingwarreye. A lover of music from Monteverdi to Philip Glass, Peter Sculthorpe and Ross Edwards. As far as possible I try to live, breathe, and work in the context of music.
