Biography
Dr Lachlan Schwarz completed his studies in Australia at the University of Newcastle, where he was awarded a PhD for his investigations into Molecularly Imprinted Polymers (MIPs) and their application towards the selective analysis of compounds responsible for 'Cork Taint' in wines. Lachlan then sought industry experience, first as an Analytical Chemist at Bluetongue Brewery followed by that of Senior Analytical Chemist at Amdel Environmental Laboratories.
