Biography
Lisa is an experienced educational practitioner with over fifteen years teaching in both the Higher Education and Further Education contexts, principally within University and TAFE settings, both in the UK and Australia. Her background and teaching experience is primarily within the creative industries specialism, where she has developed curriculum for all levels of post-compulsory education. Her undergraduate and post-graduate educational experience is within the humanities discipline, specifically art and design history, with reference to the consumption of such within the social and cultural contexts. Lisa has extensive experience in the design of high quality, student centred learning and teaching experiences within the creative arts, education and business disciplines, where she places particular importance on the development of subjects in which students are given the opportunity to explore, experiment, discuss and reflect on their learning.
