Margaret Adams

Biography

Margie has a background as both a Registered Nurse and a Paramedic and has worked in both of these fields in rural and urban areas of Australia. She is very passionate about rural and remote health and has recently completed a Master of Health Science (Honours) looking at the experience of nurses and paramedics working in remote industrial settings. Other related research areas are health literacy and disaster preparedness for rural communities.
