Biography
Maria has extensive teaching experience in Management and Human Resource Management subjects at both undergraduate and postgraduate level. Maria has held a number of other positions at CSU including Course Director, Course Manager, Course Coordinator and Recruitment Manager. Prior to joining CSU, Maria worked in various HR roles in both private and public enterprises, overseas and in Australia. Maria holds a Masters degree, a Bachelor degree and a Professional Diploma, all specialised in the study of Management and Human Resource Management. Maria's research interest is in employer branding and recruitment.
