Biography
Dr Rachel Richardson has had an extensive career in education over the past 30 years across a range of settings including early childhood education, primary schools, selective high schools, and most recently, universities, where she has focused on leadership in teaching and teacher education. In addition, she has worked in educational administration in government and undertaken project work in disability and aged services in rural and remote New South Wales, as well as research and submissions to government on disability services for children and their families in rural Victoria.
Research Interest
Her most recent research is examining the lived experience of older Transwomen as they move from later working life to retirement and on to old age.
