Biography
Ramudu has taught at CSU since 2005, first with the International School of Business as International Program Coordinator and now with the School of Management and Marketing as Senior Lecturer in HRM. His teaching has covered a wide range of subjects such as: International Human Resource Management, International Management Behaviour and Organisational Behaviour.
Research Interest
His current research interests include expatriate management in multinational corporations, impact of cross-cultural issues on global corporations and developing managers in a cross-cultural environment.
