Biography
Ramudu has taught at CSU since 2005, first with the International School of Business as International Program Coordinator and now with the School of Management and Marketing as Senior Lecturer in HRM. His teaching has covered a wide range of subjects such as: International Human Resource Management, International Management Behaviour and Organisational Behaviour. Ramudu has taught students at undergraduate and postgraduate levels in China, Malaysia, India and Cambodia. His current research interests include expatriate management in multinational corporations, impact of cross-cultural issues on global corporations and developing managers in a cross-cultural environment. In total, Ramudu has published over 85 refereed journal articles, refereed conference proceedings, book chapters and industry reports. His research has appeared in highly distinguished journals such as the International Journal of HRM, Personnel Review, Education + Training Journal, Journal of Employment Counselling and Human Resource Development International. Currently, Ramudu is supervising a number of PhD/DBA and Honours students.
