Biography
Rob represents CCES in South East Asia, and also holds the role of Course Director Excise Studies. Rob also holds the position of Adjunct Associate Professor at the University of Canberra. Rob is based in Bangkok, Thailand and works extensively across the region in excise policy development as well as indirect tax (customs, excise, environment tax and VAT) administration reform and capacity building.In the most recent years, Rob has worked on long term reform projects with: Tax Policy Department of the Vietnamese Ministry of Finance; The Thai Excise Department;
