Biography
Ruth has been a clinical nurse and midwife for 25 years. She acquired her qualifications from the following institutions, Registered Nursing at the University Teaching Hospital in Zambia, Midwifery at Ndola School of Nursing and Midwifery in Zambia, Graduate Diploma in Midwifery at Charles Darwin University, Masters of Midwifery at University of South Australia and Certificate IV in Training and Assessments with RAM Training Services. She has worked in Zambia, South Africa, and Australia. She has worked in both public and private hospitals and has had an opportunity to practice among people of diverse backgrounds. In 2016 Ruth joined the academic world, worked with Flinders University as an academic tutor in both nursing and midwifery. Just joined CSU as an Associate Lecturer in nursing and midwifery.
