Biography
Tehani Croft joined the staff of CSU as a lecturer in teacher librarianship in December 2016. She attained a Master of Education (Teacher Librarianship) from CSU and comes to the university after more than a decade in school libraries across Australia and working with related associations including ASLA and CBCA. Tehani has lectured and tutored for ECU, Curtin and CSU, was the inaugural editor of the WA School Library Association journal "ic3", and has published in "Access" and "Connections". She is passionate about school libraries, teacher education, and literature for young people, and has judged for the CBCA Book of the Year, the WA Premier's Book Awards and the Aurealis Awards. Tehani is also interested in speculative fiction and founded her own multi-award winning publishing house in 2010.
