Biography
Tracey is an occupational therapist with extensive experience in the field of adult rehabilitation. Tracey's rural upbringing influenced her initial decision to base her clinical practice in a regional setting where she has continued to practice and teach since graduating. Tracey's clinical experience includes both hospital and community based rehabilitation as well as occupational/vocational rehabilitation. Tracey has been involved in the CSU Occupational Therapy undergraduate program in various roles since 1998. She re-joined the program in a permanent role in 2017. Tracey's PhD research, which she completed in 2013, focussed on exploring the career decision-making experiences of women with children. She is interested in a range of research topics including occupational decision-making, facilitating person-centred goal setting in rehabilitation, and understanding the development of evidence-based practice skills.
