Biography
Ms. Carol Russell has served as Secretary, Treasurer and Director of Capital Beverage Corp since February 1996. From 1991, she has also served as Controller and Operations Manager of VSI from 1991 to the present. She graduated from Central Commercial High School in New York City in 1973.
