Biography
Mr. Warren I. Mitchell is Independent Chairman of the Board of the Company. Mr. Mitchell worked in various positions at Southern California Gas Company, including as President beginning in 1990 and Chairman beginning in 1996. Mr. Mitchell currently serves as Chairman of the board of directors of The Energy Coalition, a non-profit organization devoted to education on energy management. Mr. Mitchell earned a B.S. and an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University and completed the Stanford Executive Program.
